Making Studio Sessions and Music Biz education affordable and accessible

Although most of my time has been spent building a touring business based around tribute shows in theatres over the past few years, I really do have a passion for producing original music. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some terrific writer/musicians who I’ve been able to flesh out elaborate arrangements for and turn them into ear-worm songs, but my focus has needed to be on establishing our touring shows because that work pays my bills, and also allows 10 or so other musicians and engineers to pay their bills too. With my touring work, I set out to build a business model that will provide a strong financial basis for a regular and dependable income. Now I’ve seen the process work with cover work, I’m looking to help other musicians establish the same with original music.
I’m one of those rare musicians in the country who has extensive experience in recording, writing, touring, management and performance and, as someone who also thinks out of the box, I’m looking to incorporate all of that into a package to help original musicians achieve what I’ve been able to achieve - a dependable full time income out of recording and performing music. I have just launched a subscription service for recording sessions which includes some incredible benefits that you won’t find anywhere else:

A stupidly low daily rate for your recording sessions - 4 days per month for £500.
Why a subscription?
Quite simply, and quite openly and honestly, if I’m offering my time, skills and knowledge for a stupidly low daily rate in return for helping you navigate a difficult market, there must be some benefit in it for me somewhere. And that is guaranteed income for a minimum period of time.
My subscription package with White Room that offers everything above costs just £500 per month for a minimum of 5 months provides me with production days in my studio, and you benefit from bespoke training alongside producing a Dolby Atmos album over a period of time.
Other Engineers will baulk at this! “Pay peanuts you get monkeys….” and “no professional would ever work for that…” and all that but, frankly, with the cost of living crisis; just basic living costing so much; wages unlikely to rise; and this will all translate to production sessions being expensive to access from a professional Engineer / Producer - and I want to make it as accessible as possible for people. And I can afford to offer lower rates because my touring and PA business is doing just fine.
As I’m booked out 3-4 nights per week, every week, in 2025, I only have capacity to be able to work with 1 (maybe 2, but I can’t guarantee) artist at a time. So contact me soon to discuss how I can help you.
